BFSS installed a new camera system for our offices and did a great job too. The cameras look smart and cables are well hidden, we can even watch them from our phone when out of the office. We will get them back to upgrade our intercom system to one with a phone app too. The engineer didn’t leave until he was sure that we understood how the system works and we were confident in using it (he’s got the patience of a saint). We’re very happy with over all service.

Called Bickley fire and security specialists as our old driveway gates stopped working. They were quick to respond and very professional. We will then arrange a free, no obligation visit to your home or workplace and find out what systems would best suite your needs. From there, we will send you a quotation clearly stating what works need to be carried out and how much they will be.

You should aim to contact us as soon as you are ready for the systems to be installed as most thefts and done by opportunists. This is we find that prevention is always the most effective way to secure your home or business.

Putting a single price on a security system is not something that can be done. However, what we can do is promise out clients that we will always aim to offer the most competitive prices while keeping our level of service above that of our competitors.  This is our promise to you.

Once we have fitted and tested the equipment, we will then clean up any mess made and make sure everything is back to how it was before we arrived (minus your shiny new equipment that is). We then show you everything you need to know regarding the use of the systems and if any maintenance is required. Don’t worry if you don’t remember everything shown at this point as we are only a phone call away should you have any questions or concerns.

We offer a full guarantee on all our installs, meaning that you can rest assured that you’ll receive the very best aftercare possible in the market. We are NOT a 9-5 company and are contactable out of hours at no extra fee to you.
